Hey Guys 

 

My name is Shereice and I am the head choreographer at The Jungle Body! I have been with TJB for 11 years and I’m still obsessed with it. I am the O.G. instructor personally scouted out by Tara Simich (Founder of TJB).

 

My background is deeply rooted in dance. I studied at the Broadway Dance Centre in New York!  My passion is RnB, Hip hop and Afro beats – It’s totally my vibe. 

 

In between shaking my booty, I’m juggling wife life to my amazing husband Mark and mum life to my beautiful children, Miss Charlize (6) and Mr Kal-el (2). 

 

I have so much fun choreographing the routines and it gives me goose bumps to see instructors teach these worldwide.  

 

You don’t need to be a good dancer or the fittest person in the room... the routines are made so everyone has FUN whilst burning calories “it’s a win-win”. Classes are beneficial for your physical health and your mental health. You will love our class community just as much as I do - I promise you.
